Has anyone used a company for private inspection service to avoid waiting for King County building inspectors?

King County issues the permits and they have to do the inspections. The inspectors can be meticulous and not pass it the first time.

I'm all for ABC construction. ;) paying the fines after its already built is sometimes cheaper than the actual permit.
