If you need an AWESOME contractor to make it happen, I have one. He is finishing up on my house and it will knock your socks off. Mark Joly of Joly Builders and Remodeling out of Danvers. Has done a fair amount of work in our neightbor and we all love him and his crew. My project will be done a couple weeks prior to the expected finish date. Best part was that his prices were reasonable.

Guided us with accents that will keep my Marblehead home unique. He has the knowledge of what the town will or won't allow. Does lots of work in the historical district. Budget minded. Easy going.
