I stayed at The Bull Inn in Streatley for Mapledurham last year with multiple dogs. Was good value for money and very dog friendly, they were allowed in the bar as well so I ate my dinner there with them each evening. http://www.laterooms.com/en/hotel-reservations/257815_the-bull-inn-reading.aspx

Ok, thanks to everyone for their recommendations. Shows entered, rooms booked, all we need now is 2 weekends of good weather. Jan Stubbs, we have booked The Bull at Streatley, £60/night dog free breakfast extra for Ajaxs, and The Bell Boxford £65/night dog £5 breakfast inc for Nads.
