The best place is in chandler mall. All the major gymnastics and ballet schools send people to them. It's called Body Language. It's upstairs near the escalator and elevator. Next to Teavana Tea. My 3 yr old does gymnastics, and we buy all of her leotards and shorts from them. Not the cheapest but very good quality.
