Try Churchill Management - they're through TD Ameritrade. They're ranked #5 in Baron's magazine. I like them because they make money for you when the market is strong and get you out before the market crashes. They have a room full of charts where they track the market on a daily basis. They're based in LA, and I've been to their headquarters. Great, intelligent people! They saved me during the crash in 2008 - got everything out of the market before it crashed! Go to your local Ameritrade office and ask to speak with someone with Churchill.
