Lastly, are you getting a throrougly designed and detailed nutritional dietary protocol to follow based on pertinent metabolic assessments/questions, body comp results and macronutrient needs? Also, do they take into consideration the individual food preference, sensitivity and food allergies? Remember, this is a field where there is a lot of deception popping up in addition to awesome Fitness Professionals who do the right things right. Just be aware that you ask the detailed correct questions when seeking the right Professional for you. Hope this helps everyone.:)
