Ronny Shelton is the most honest car or truck mechanic I know. Live outside of Benton. He has a facebook account. He has retired several times so he works at home out of his own garage and will work on Sundays.

Cam sensor could be the cause. Very common. Recommend using motorcraft replacement. Rock Auto has them for mid $20 range.
