call Marion women's health center. it is Dr Moodley & Brenda. I lovveee them. Brenda delivered both of the boys & was amazing. I know someone else that is diabetic & went to him also.

This is not because I wotk there but Dr Foulk has 2 midwives that are awesome I absolutely love them both and all their patients have nothing but good things to say about them Christina and Deb give them them a try

I recommend Dr Foulk's office. Both Christina and Deb are wonderful. I don't know about the whole self pay aspect though you'd have to ask them about that.
