You must decide whether you need an Architect, that is a Registered Architect who is fully trained and experienced in guiding Clients through the design and development process and carries professional indemnity insurance or whether you would prefer to pay only for a draughtsman to prepare and deliver your own thoughts. A Registered Architect may also be Chartered, that is a member of the Royal Insitute of Brisitsh Architects. Ali Tuttle may be good at what he does but he is neither Chartered nor Registered. He is not legally entitled to be called an architect, but he may be all you want. If you would like to discuss further do contact me.
