Could somebody please recommend a reasonably-priced personal trainer that can encourage me back into exercise? I'm not currently a member of a gym.

Hi Sarah, I have fibromyalgia and I find yoga has helped me hugely. I also go Nordic Walking with Ashley Sandy, both are fantastic exercise and I've suffered no ill effects from either with regards to my condition. Xx
