STA travel no way! They stuff you around a crazy amount! I had to pay an extra $1000 coming home from Europe because they scammed me! My family and I travel to Bali regularly each year, leaving a few days before holidays end. Usually cheaper tickets (June) and beautiful weather over in Bali. I wouldn't use a travel agent as you can get a lot of information off the internet and locals when you arrive. I have a drivers number that I can forward too you if you're interested. Stay out of Kuta for accommodation as you have a family and it gets fairly rowdy there. Sanuar is a lovely place, Puri gopa has awesome deals! Around $60 a night for a room with 3 people.
