Massage by Doreena. She works out LeGault Chiropractic on Babcock, and she is fantastic. No cookie cutter massage with her, she pinpoints the areas you are having issues, and includes hot stone (If you want). Have had massages at a few different establishments, and they were good, but Doreena's technique and concern for her clients health goals/comfort, is top notch! She has a FB page and is highly responsive.

Looking for an ENT (ear nose throat doctors). Any recommendations? Also still looking for a place that does Sports/Medical massage. Thanks
Valerie K. replied:
Let me ask a friend about sport massages and her availability. She does them privately for local professional athletes. Would be ok to travel to Pittsburgh or have her in your home? Allegheny General Hospital has an excellent ENT department. Not sure if they have satellite locations in the North Hills though. I've seen Dr. McElwaine in Seven Fields.

If you have Highmark, I went to The Wexford Pavillion and saw Dr. Gottleib. Quiet guy but doesn't mess around. I believe he works out of AGH as well.

She does cupping too. I was only there twice because I was interested in cupping. I had one muscle that was giving me issues in my back. The cupping technique worked! Here is info on the technique. https://www.webmd.com/balance/guide/cupping-therapy#1
