There is a reason Ryan is still around building houses everywhere! People will complain because they can complain. It is all relative to what is important to you. If my family had an unlimited supply of money of course I would build a custom house, who wouldn’t? For us it was important to get into a bigger house and stay in the area. My husband is extremely handy and will do many things to upgrade our house on his own in time. I am not knocking other builders at all. Check everyone out. I will say that a friend of ours who is an inspector and had been for over 20 years inspected our house before we closed. He was extremely impressed with the work done. He said in all the years he has been an inspector the way our pm built our house was one of the best jobs he had seen even compared to custom builds! This guy has worked for private builders and Infinity builders as well. He immediately called his manager and told him about our PM saying he needed to work for their company. Having a good PM makes a huge difference but unfortunately you don’t get to pick your PM!

My boyfriends home is on the market. It’s a ryan home beautifully staged. It’s 10 years young. Small plan named Brookstone. Very family oriented .
