Libby Rhoades- contact a mortgage broker, alot of times they can put you thru different loan companys .. some for first time home buyers, a FHA loan etc .. I bought my first home with no money down and had the seller pay closing costs .. you also really need to find a realator you can trust that knows alot about how to get the most bang for your buck .. alot of times they can refer you to a broker that will help you get approved for a mortgage.. Most realators want you pre approved before you can start looking at homes .. I am on my third house now so if you have questions please ask I have done this several times .. best of luck to u
