When he was doing a remodel job for us he ran into a problem that we didn't know about until he opened up the area. He called me, told me what he would have to do to fix it and the price. I was not there when we was working so I just left him a key, very reliable and trustworthy. I would recommend him highly to take care of your jobs, big or small.
