If you can't find anyone, I can make them (gluten, dairy, GMO free) and my neighbor can decorate them. Look up Suga Mama Cakes.

Sure! Like I said, I would have no problem making them but I'm not gifted with the ability to do anything artful for the topping unless you just want something plain. My friend and neighbor Michelle is the owner of Suga Mama Cakes and does incredible things with cupcakes and maybe we could work something out for her to do the topping.
