I need a new pest control company. Any suggestions?

Ok then...We've used Professional Pest Service for a very long time. Auggie Is the owner - great guy, terrific response time, don't know if he is "the cheapest"...but we've stuck with him because of the results he has produced. He is based in VA, but has a large local customer base.

Recommendations for Pest Control? I recently moved down to the area and am renting a house in Mesa right near Tempe. I'm looking to set up some scheduled pest control,...

Responsible Pest Control - simply the best.

I'm in your area and I use Orange Pest Control to keep out the scorpions. Went from seeing a few in the house a week to one half-dead outside every few months. They do good work. I only use them for scorpion control, though, so I can speak to any other pests, but I'd used other companies before with far less success.

I'd recommend heading into your local Bug & Weed (http://bugweedmart.com/) mart store and learning to do pest control yourself. I was paying $60/month for someone to come spray inside and outside until a friend recommended Bug & Weed mart. They've been great. I spend $60/quarter after having purchased the equipment and pest solutions.

We've been using Stapley Pest Control for over 10 years now. They are awesome!! (480) 993-5354

Before you sign anything with a pest control company yourself, you should talk to your landlord to find out if they already have a contract with anyone or if they have ever needed to hire a pest control company before. Knowing the history of the pest situation may be helpful and if your landlord already paid them you don't have to. I'm also not sure if they are legally obligated to cover pest control, as long as the place is kept clean and tidy enough.

I use Tony with Y Not Pest control. So affordable and the best part- it works! I was super skeptical at first but he’s awesome and if you notice creepy crawlers he can identify/ treat specifically for that. Monthly service. Call/ text him: +1 (480) 363-1864
Help! These nasty flies come out whenever it gets a little warm outside. They cover our deck and the side of our house (so gross). We also have a huge wasp/bee problem....

Go to Southern States in Charles Town, can't think of the name and get these special pellets to spread on your lawn, we do this every spring, because I am also allergic to all bees/wasps. Since we have been doing this ~ hardly see any bees/wasps. Have to keep a Epie pen on hand@all times, after being stung twice in a month a few years, ago by yellow jackets and hornets. Not fun ! This will keep you safe. This is so much more cheaper, than hiring a pest control company.
