It is very child-friendly and relaxing. I absolutely love it and look forward to it each month. Finished for the year now, but like their page and you'll be able to see when it starts up again in 2016.

I send my 3 1/2 yo to Granville Village Kids. My daughter has been going there for over 2 1/2 years. I've no issues with the centre, very happy with it. The educators are great, daily curriculum and photos shared each day so you know what your child(ren) and doing and learning. All food and nappies provided. Great outdoor area too, lots of green grass, variety of toys, older kids separated from younger kids and they're currently getting a bike track put in. There is Little Monkeys in Tinana which is a great indoor play centre with a cafe. Ululah is a good park and the kids can feed the ducks too. We have the Heritage Markets every Thursday morning in Adelaide street. On the last Sunday of every month they have Sunday in the park in Queens park in the morning, face printing, melsa trains, ride the Maryann steam train - it's great! I do my shopping at Coles station square and Woolworths, depends if I want to go to the shopping centre or not!
Looking at renting my house out as I am moving overseas soon. Never had much to do with real estate agents so does anyone here recommend one to manage the rental side...

Good afternoon, I was wondering if people could please recommend a good real estate agent to manage a rental property. Thank you.
Tom H. replied:
Absolutely...pop in and see our rental team at One Realty, top end of Adelaide street.

VIP Realty. Self management is a recipe for disaster! For the price of a cup of coffee each week, go with a professional, it's a minefield out there for private landlords! Call 41219222.

From a renters point of view, If I owned a rental property, I would manage it myself!! Real Estates don't do much for you when you are an owner & they certainly don't look after the tenant once they are in a property! We don't have any problems with our current Real Estate (although I think it is actually the property manager that makes it, not the real estate themselves), but that is just my personal opinion....
Are there any local Real Estate Agents that offer a fixed price commission on sales?
Cheers Shell
Melanie D. replied:
The agent fee calculator determines fees based on the old regulated maximum of 5% of the first $18,000 of the sale price and then 2.5% of the remaining sale price.http://whichrealestateagent.com.au/real-estate-agent-commission-qld/#are
