$75 Veterinary Associates. Very professional. Did our family dog and sent us a clay mold of her paw weeks later for free.

I don't recall the cost (Kevin said $75) but I can say that if I had to go through it again I would go to Veterinary Associates. They were amazing when we had to put my daughters cat down. Very pet loving crew. I couldn't say enough about them. Im sorry for your loss. It's never an easy decision to make.
