I highly recommend Kim Rogers in the floral department of the Northshore/Pellissippi Kroger. You take her a picture of what you want and she can do anything...You would be amazed. She did my daughter's wedding and did a fantastic job, you would have never known that the flowers did come from an overpriced florist that cost double what I paid.

Historic Ramsey House as a venue. They didn't discriminate against us. We also used All Occasions Party Rentals with no problems.
