Mike Roth has proven to us time and time again that he is a man whose number you want on hand should anything go wrong! He has been to our home 3 times over the last 5-7 years...twice for A/C issues and today for our fridge that decided to die. He gets to you quickly (even on evenings and weekends!) gets the job done and gives you a bill that does not make you need to take out a 2 nd mortgage or sell your first born. He is a great guy, with great work ethics and great prices. You won't be disappointed!

We replaced our furnace last month with Air Authority. It only took them a day or two to schedule and it was several thousand dollars less than a friend who used another company to replace their furnace with the same model as ours. I highly recommend Air Authority. They also did our AC last summer.

Knochelmann! They have been phenomenal for us. We built a new home and the wrong venting system was put in. Knocelmann was the one that made us aware and bent over backwards to make sure the situation was rectified(with the original HVAC company). I have owned Als Heating for 35 years. I would never recommend a home company. They do don’t pay. Quality contractors will not work for them. Think about it, how do they make money? If you pay $500 to them, how much can they pay out, plus pay their employees and stay in business?
Debra C. replied:
2-10.com home warranty. I am a Realtor and I sell them. I have a great rep that stands behind them and helps with claims if needed. Have had very good luck with them.
Betsy F. replied:
I am an exception to most stories. We have HSA Home Security of America www.onlinehsa.com. Our story. purchased a home 6/7/13...They day We closed it was 99° and AC unit failed. They had someone out the next day to check it out for $75 service call. They recharged it but it lasted only enough time for us to get everything moved in @ 5 days. They came back and determined it was best to replace it. We paid $500 in total for service call and retro fitted parts. Three months later, Jacuzzi tub leaks through the kitchen ceiling, $75 to fix what was $1200 bill. 6mos later....another bathroom leak and another $75 for what was $2000 job. In one year, we had over $10K in billed services and our out of pocket including premium was less than $1300. I would not own another home without HSA. They have been easy to work with.

Sounds like it is leaking.....probably need a new one. Call Jerry Laux Plumbing, he is a Mason resident and does great work 459-9007. He was recently explaining to me to be leary buying a water heater at Home Depot or Lowes...they are manufactured to hit a price point even though they have a reputable name on them. He said if you go through a plumber you will get one with stonger parts ...not plastic pieces. While both might have a brand name on them...there is a difference.
