Check out Windows Direct- we had a replacement window from them (went from a leaking garden window to standard double hung). Was WAY less than any other company we looked at. If interested, I can look at the rep who gave us info. I’ve also seen coupons in the local reach type mags.

Several years ago we used Home Depot. The installation was such a bad job & HD wouldn’t stand behind it. They shoved us off on installation company. Chalked that experience up to not doing our homework & went to Pella.

Sam Smith and Sons on Deerfield Road in Lebanon might be able to just replace the seals and not have to replace the whole window.

Specialty Screen and Glass in Sharonville. They are really terrific and incredibly reasonable. Replaced all of our glass when our seals broke. Couldn't be more pleased. They helped us when we were selling our mom's condo (a window wouldn't stay open) and did not charge us for anything. I have recommended them to many family and friends who have not been disappointed.
