I hope to be in the same position later on this year and have been making general enquires. I found a company JPD based in Puerto Rico the principal being an Irish lady called Jill Preston who may be of help. However I would be interested in any options available. She is fantastic and she has helped me a lot and saved me money. Also a friend (British) who went to see her by my reccomandation found her unbelievably strong.
