Stay the fuck away from Reddit's non tech subs/Craigslist. Most reputable people aren't freelancers. I have A+, N+, some Cisco networking, along with Microsoft certs to include Windows, Windows server, and Office. I had my own business as well, but anybody worth a damn down here will quickly get headhunted. Post over to /r/techsupport for assistance from fellow qualified redditors. This post is just going to attract people to make you pay for their learning experience. If you don't want geek squad, than take it to Tigerdirect in McAllen, or Staples even has in house repairs. PM me if you want further direction.
