Jennifer Penn McPherson...sounds like we used the same painter as you in the past except he never came back to do the chimney on the back of our house before we sold it. Apparently the buyers didn't care that it was a different color. He showed up late (sometimes by days) and would always ask for an advance on payment. Reeked of liquor too. Ha! Thanks everyone!
