Painter: Oscar (don't have his last name) 214-808-2849 Last used him about 3 years ago. He did a neighboring house in Stonebridge so a homeowner hired him for a house we were staging. He had good pricing and was very flexible. Even when the owner backed out after paint had been bought, Oscar dropped off the paint and was very nice about it all.
