I have a great painter who always does our house and our rentals--have worked with him for probably 15 years. He's exceptionally trustworthy as well--I have no problem giving him a key and having him come and go at my house whether we're home or not, or any of the rentals. His name is Ken Haarer of Haarer Painting, and his number is 503-7593.
