Hi everyone! I am a 38 yr old married mom from NJ. We are in the process of relocating to the Phoenixville/ Pottstown area for my husbands job in KOP and I need some...
Bridget M. replied:
All star pediatrics. They are called all star for a reason. One Dr Fed up with treatment of other practices gathered all the best drs in the area
Jill F. replied:

Tonya L. replied:
Dr Cadieux is awesome! She delivered 2 of my kids.
Shaina P. replied:
Sad that most of this is argument over which Hospital to go to! I have been looking for a whole family dentist myself!! I go to PMA in Collegeville. I take my kid to Kids First in Paoli. They have been stellar! They are associated with CHOP too so there are 24 hr. nurses and all! Heard good things about Owen J. Good luck!
Maureen R. replied:
Lauren Duckie and Kyle McAdam > you don't have to go to the main hospital for good ER care. There is a facility in King of Prussia that opened last Spring http://www.chop.edu/locations/urgent-care-king-of-prussia/home.html
Kyle M. replied:
Thanks Maureen but I would take my kid to Phoenixville in an emergency- KOP is a 20 minute drive Maybe you don't understand my view of what ER is for. If you can't breath or you are losing blood, or you have internal bleeding/ head injuries etc etc - Emergencies.... You Do Not have 20 minutes to be picky Brain damage occurs within 4 minutes with lack of oxygen to the system Blood loss even less than 4 minutes in some cases means death So, if you have the convenience of 20 minutes, in my opinion you probably don't need ER services Also, just because 1,2 or even 100 people had 'malpractice suits in the past 10 years where the doctor was clearly at fault, they successfully treat 100 s of thousands of Emergencies every year So I will Always take my chances with the closest hospital
Maureen R. replied:
Kyle McAdam. I do understand. I am a pediatric critical care nurse at said Phila hospital From personal experience with my own child many moons age, said local hospital would stabilize to the best of their ability while calling PennStar to go to Phila. But you are right- the immediate priority is to call 911 to get you to the closest hospital ER.
Kyle M. replied:
That's all I'm saying. First thing is first. Once I have time, of course we go to the best care available. And Penn Care has always pointed us in the right direction
Regina S. replied:
Trappe Pediatric is amazing, Rearden Dental is where we go the whole family.
Betsy H. replied:
I work at the Main Line Health Center in Collegeville. Family and peds practice there as well as other specialties. I actually go to Collegeville Family practice and they are associated with Pottstown Medical Center. I had my baby there and used the ER too! All good experiences!

Catherine B. replied:

Kyle M. replied:
Penn Care and Reardon dental also for my family of 6! We love them! Phoenixville
Lauren D. replied:
Fyi, Phoenixville and Pottstown hospitals are the worst in the region. Paoli is better, but their radiology department misses a LOT via the E.R. (i.e. broken bones and a bleed in the brain). Best bet is to head to the city if you need a hospital. This is not an opinion, but stated on facts and research based on level of care and major malpractice suits.
Michele C. replied:
Penn care for kids Dr. Swartz is the best
Shaina P. replied:
As far as appliances... Stay far away from Sears Appliance and Hardware in Collegeville!! I ordered a microwave in April and had to file a Yelp review and a BBB complaint for them to get it in the store and they are not compensating me!

Farm pediatrics in Marlton!!! Yes there are more than 2 doctors but I swear they are all wonderful. You ever wait more than 15 min, sine if the older docs are so hype that Sophia's now sees them. They chat about all the new boy bands. When we had difficulties a few of the doctors called the kids at home. They follow up even when I go around them due to insurance. The front office staff us really nice and the nurses ate STRONG!! Lol they had to hold Sophia down for throat cultures when she was little and they all laugh with her now!!! Great practice!!!
Nikki K. replied:
Dr. Murphy at pediatric connection on tuckerton is the best!!
