Depends what you are looking to do. If you are traveling abroad consider just using no fee credit/ debit card. Check with your bank, they can offer best rates, and sometime flat rates. TD bank offer good exchange rates for a flat fee. The exchange companies will steal from you. Just traveled to Ireland in Sept. in some cases, just take cash out of atms abroad, and only pay ATM fee with updated exchange rates

We just used TD Bank to get British pounds and euros so we’d have on us to begin trip. Less of a service fee than AAA.
