Mel - you mention a lot of treatments to maintain- ever try acupuncture? I had horrible sciatic for a few months and a bad snowboard fall. Anne Kinchen of Cleveland acupuncture did 3 treatments and it was healed. Combo of needles and cold laser to reduce inflammation and allow for healing. If you decide to try her, tell her you know me. She's affordable and has been licensed for years.

After my accident I had pain so bad couldn't hardly walk, went over to Cleveland Clinic Oak Point and got the epidural injection, worked great for me, have not had to have any shots in over a year.

Hey Mel, I too recommend Ann at Cleveland Acupuncture. I really like her a lot and she has provided lots of relief for several issues. I have used Dr Zachary for injections...they have been hit or miss for me...I've had them several times. I also REALLY like Dr. Shin at CC in Medina. He did my last injection and it seemed to work the best. But I would try Ann first.

I asked in the family and got Dr. Hill on Transportation Blvd.

Akron Sports Medicine - Dr. Congeni. Went there for a broken vertebrae in my back and wrist while racing motocross.... Amazing facility and great rehab area too. My mother swears by him as well & sends people there all the time.

Jo Ann he will be fine. Wrist happened at the first race in the spring (they said it wasn't broke but now it doesn't move). He crashed a dirt bike 2 weeks ago and landed on shoulder. Wasn't bad until he tried to bench weights and it popped and now it doesn't move.

Medina area? Crystal Clinic has some great shoulder, arm, wrist docs. Also, my daughter sees Dr. Joe Congeni at Akron Childrens for her back injury, not sure if he is all around ortho or not but he is awesome...can't say enough about him.

We went to Dr. Michael Salata....he's a University Hosp. Orthopedic guy....has an office in Medina on 18 just down from the hospital.

Yeah...that is the doc at Crystal Clinic! Couldn't think of his name! Loved Dr. Congeni too...very good.

Dr. Stewart my maternal fetal specialist recommended Wadsworth peds Dr. O has a phd and the whole team is fantastic. They have dealt with the hole in Savnas heart and lead the way with her tubes. They can get you in normally the same day for sick visits. We went yesterday for an ear ache seatbelt to seatbelt was 22 min and the doc answered every question I had.

We go to Wadsworth pediatrics . Right past Home Depot in Wadsworth. Love all tge the doctors there! Dr. O is our favorite though!!!!! Highly recommend them!:)

Sorry I go to Fairview clinic or brook park for my clinic doctor. She is Mary Klein great reviews online and she is my primary who is awesome with finding and investigating issues and great bedside manner not rushed. Good luck with finding one.

Our GP is Mackey Family Practice we see David. He's incredible. Our children go there or Indian Land Pediatrics. The dr there is amazing but one of the office staff members is horrid. I believe she hates people in general.

We LOVE Dr Reilly at Providence Pediatrics. I've heard the best Urgent Care is the one in waxhaw. But thankfully haven't had to go yet

My family care physician is Dr Sharp with Mackey Family Practice. I love him, but I will be honest & say the rest of the practice is not my cup of tea. But he is thorough & takes his time. But that also means you have to wait sometimes. Totally worth it in my opinion.

We also go to Indian Land Pediatrics and agree about the one staff member. She's always scowling. ALSO, Minute Clinic is great for minor illnesses.

Dr Kathy Mohanty at Ballantyne Pediatrics. We just moved away and i hate that we have to find a new doctor. She knew my daughter and her history (medical and personal) just about as well as i did!!!

I also go to providence pediatric and Dr Riley is awesome !! But Mackey is also a good family doctor Dr David he is great!

Also go to Providence Pediatrics (Dr. Valder).

I loved Dr Kranz! I wish we could have brought her here with us! Dr Blackburn is also wonderful. Dr Case's group is good all except I didn't like Dr Cullen. Dr Zeiger's group was also good.

Dr Kase, Dr Surso group...couple women drs there, ones up on 94 & 18... First name Sean H ...had him in Er situation...really liked him

Have you talked to your GYN about this? Some women get hormonal headaches a week before period as well as during & after. Magnesium and B2 on a daily basis helps. Take Rivoflavin (B2) 400 mg once daily and magnesium 250 mg twice daily. If taken daily, it can prevent headaches. It may take one to two months to be effective. I have suffered with bad migraines for years & this really helps me.
