My husband called Extreme Air & Heat one weekend when ours started leaking. The owner came out & looked at it & discussed what was going on with my husband. He explained to my husband what he needed to do to fix it for himself so it would get by until we could afford to replace it (it is really old). He left without charging us a thing. We plan to use them when it goes out for good.

Able Air is a rip off. Don't use them. I called once as they advertise they are always available. Their emergency fee was twice that of the others I called. Comfort Pro is good.

When we moved here (8 years ago) we had an airco issue, and called http://www.mid-floridaair.com/ .. They came, did a great job and talked us into a maintenance contract. We have had them come over to fix our crappy airco system MANY times ... they were always prompt, did a great job, and we NEVER EVER have to pay a dime (other than the yearly $250 contract cost, which includes two annual maintenance calls and ANY repair you need.) We really like them! And that contract has paid itself back many times!
