Ah, Tailoring by Kim, Kim Matson I think is her last name, used to be on 192 maybe still is: 920 W New Haven Ave, Melbourne, FL 32901 (321) 768-8700, when i moved up from Miami she made all my dresses.

Had a Vietnamese lady do work for me, She's at Sun Cleaners on 192 where Michaels used to be. I know you said no to them but this lady cut off some material from the hem, sowed it on each side (didn't fit) and moved the zipper from the side to the back - I want to say around 50-60 bucks - I thought that was a deal!
