We call him The Shoe Nazi from Seinfeld's Soup Nazi. I have had him tell me that perfectly good shoes are not worth repairing. He is very grumpy. There used to be one in Collierville in the shopping center where Hobby Lobby is...near CiCi's Pizza. Good luck!
