Bypass it first to make sure that's the problem then you can go online and buy one or you can go to San Bernardino to Sears appliance Center repair store

Vacuums Etc in Highland is great. We've been using them for the last 14-15 years. We're hard on vacuums due to having a couple of "fur factory" dogs but we've managed to keep the same vacuum for the last 15 years by having it serviced every few years.
