Hoa Salon on Madison.... best quality and affordable. Lived here 20+ years and have yet to find a local, spot that's friendly, clean and quality service!!

A little more pricey but worth it is Hoa Salon in Madison, just East of MLK. I like Lily's too but you get what you pay for.

Lily Nails! Hands (and toes) down! $20 pedicure, clean, nice, friendly. They do everyone's nails.

My go to is Fashion Nails at Rainier/Edmunds across from B of A. They do a great job and I can walk there. Cash only though so come prepared.
