Massage Envy across from Home Depot in Covington, offers skin care. Kathy is amazing. She knows everything about skin needs. Totally affordable and the massage therapists there are awesome as well. The ladies at the front are wonderful and will help you set-up a massage, then facial or even just a facial. They will give you the new member price without having to become a new member. They have a special on right now, I think. I LOVE it there. So wonderful. Kathy has changed my skin. Go see her. Groupon is also another way to explore estheticians. Instead of buying the Groupon, however, I usually just call and ask for the Groupon price. (Groupon charges them 50% of the posted price, so they're happy to help you). Good luck.

Tip and Toe Nails in Four Corners did a great job with my daughter-in-law's bridal party the night before her wedding! Had one mom, two bridesmaids, two flower girls, and the bride. They allowed us to bring champagne/wine and finger foods and even served us while we were getting our mani/pedis!
