Thanks for your interest. Please PM me your information and any knowledge you have of the Indian Lakes subdivision. The address of the house is 4811 S. Kachinas. We have replaced ALL plumbing inside and out, re-roofed, outside repainted, new double pained windows, new laminate flooring, new toilets and bathtubs and new hot water heater. Full disclosure there was mold damage last winter and it has been fully remediated, I do not want to put any more money into this house but am looking at what it is worth and making the right decision on the best time to sell.

If you have a VA disability rating your VA Funding fee is waived. You also can obtain your Certificate of Eligibility, VA Compensation and much more information at ebenefits.va.gov, this is a great website. You can also get information on real estate tax circuit breaker if you have a 10% VA Disability and make less than $29,100 for 2014.
