Sharon Chamberlain Belliveau we've used Mike LaChance multiple times for appliance repair. He's honest. He'll tell you if it's not worth fixing given the cost of repair and age of the machine. Then you'll only have to pay the service call visit. Good luck!

Sears did come out once for my oven and actually scratched the front of the SS when he cleaned the inside of the glass door. Thank you everyone for the input!
