Depends on how local you want but the OB that I know that is awesome is in peterborough monadnock community hospital Dr David Levene. And for eyes Dr Scadova in Nashua.

I don't know her experience with PCOS, but I love, love, love Dr. Kelly McMillan, who also works with Full Circle Midwifery in Nashua (and Southern NH OB in Merrimack). I would be shocked if someone found her to be unsupportive.
