Is Vice City still open? Will is great. Also check out Grind Hard it’s run by a former barber at Vice City who gave me one of the best fades I’ve gotten.

If you're willing to travel a little bit further south (go to Brooklyn Heights and check out the promenade or something while you're visiting) the Clinton Street Barber Shop guys and gals are first-class and really affordable. I've lived in a few different neighborhoods in the city, had a bunch of different hit-or-miss barbers, and consistently anyone I've had a cut from at this shop is fantastic. http://www.clintonbarber.com/

A little pricey/trendy, but I go to Men’s Best. There’s a location in Bedstuy and one in Williamsburg. I always leave looking and feeling great. They really know what they’re doing.
