It's probably your Thermal Fuse. Call Tylish Appliances and tell them the brand/make and model. They will be able to tell you what it is and how much the part is. Mine was $12. And I fixed it myself.

Call Tyliscz Appliance, he will tell you over the phone what it is. I know nothing about washer and dryers but have been given over the phone instructions many times on how to fix. With 100% results.
