You want a clinical massage therapist or a great chiropractor for trigger points. I highly suggest Dr. Douglas Toole in Valparaiso. Chiropractic Concepts is the name. It's behind the Valpo Harley shop. He doesn't try to make you come back for 50 appointments. He fixes you and he's great.
