Be wary. I just replaced my roof a month ago and met with sales people from four different companies. They’re all slick and have their own sales pitches and prices vary wildly. The lowest and highest were over $10 k in difference. I spoke with two local companies, two national and ended up going with NuLook Home Design because they had a decent price after negotiations (having other quotes helps) and a 25 year warranty. I sustained damage to my roof during the wind storm and the repairs are covered by the warranty.

Oops hit send too soon. Our roof had 2 layers of shingles so they had to be torn off and there was some damage underneath. Style Roofing did an excellent job. We got 3 bids and they were faster and way less and left things immaculate too. First class all the way.
