Elaine, Omba Yoga offers yoga stretch classes in Middleburg at Mold Me Fitness next to Fox's Den. If you are inquiring for yourself, I would then definitely recommend Omba Yoga Workshop. And, I am happy to share about my experience with that practice.

Omba Yoga has a wonderfully low-key practice, perfect for beginners or returnees, as well as more advanced sessions for those who are ready for them. The intro sessions are sane, simple, soothing practices, with no pretention or competitiveness. Perfect stress reducers!
