I second the opinion that finding a sub-$200 infant spot with an immediate opening is borderline impossible. Tried within the past year. Nudge your budget up by about $150 and I'd have some non-home centers I could name in the area. Also look into [Wisconsin Shares](https://dcf.wisconsin.gov/wishares/parents) if the budget can't budge. Good luck!
