Love Dr Book who owns Londonderry, I have used him since he treated my horses, many, many years ago, great vet and a super nice guy and his office staff is always very friendly

Londonderry Animal - love Dr Book and his wife. So caring, great staff. We used to go to Hershire Animal but they sren't as friendly and when we had to put down our 22 yr old cat they made us feel like the worse parents in the eorld. Keep business local - Londonderry is the way to go

I do NOT recommend Londonderry Animal Hospital. They overdosed my 5 lb Pomchi last July on anesthesia when she needed xrays on her legs. She almost died and spent 6 months VERY, VERY ill. The Vetting Zoo in Palmyra saved her life, specifically Dr. Myers. Dr. Myers purchased Hershire Animal Hospital the beginning of this year and now owns/runs Hershire Animal Hospital. She is very passionate about her job and is one of the nicest vets you'll ever meet. I highly recommend Hershire on Middletown Rd.

We've gone to Dr. Mimnagh in Hummelstown. Best care ever! We've had 3 dogs over the past 25 years and they have seen all 3 and taken care of all 3, love this place!

We were recommended to Dr Mimnaugh by many people 7 years ago when we got our puppy but they weren't accepting new patients at the time. We have used Londonderry exclusively and have received good care.

I take both my dogs to Dr.Crescenzi at Derry Animal Hospital, she is amazing. And for shots I use the Harrisburg Humane Societys shot clinic. They are only $10! There is a calendar with dates on their website! Your little babies are beautiful!

Capital Area animal clinic. Dr Matthews is excellent. They are all. He has just touched my heart. I dont know if the Rossmoyne Trauma Center handle regular visits but they are excellent as well. Animal Clinic in Rye, Marysville is excellent. Rossmoyne and Rye both take the Care Credit card, something I wish Capital did. I have 5 animals, all seniors and the vet bills kill me. I would pay no matter what but it isn't as easy for others.

Have you treated him with anything? We struggled with fleas a few years ago & couldn't get rid of them for months! Treated the animals with numerous products & baths, tried all the homeopathic stuff, and got some fancy spray for the yard. Finally, someone told us to try Advantage II by Bayer and we were finally free!

Most vets offer Care Credit which is a credit card that can be used at vet, dentist, chiropractor etc.

Try the Humane Society of Harrisburg... Their rates are a fraction of what a private vet charges. (For example-I think vaccinations are only like $10/$15) These vets are no less certified than a private practice.
