If you can travel, I'd recommend BTB Fitness in Winsford. I had the same problem 12 months ago and the guys there really know what they're doing. It's nice and quiet during school. hours too which I love! Adam Murphy is the guy you need to speak. Really friendly gym, they know each member who walks through the door and are always on hand for help and advice x

Athelite in wheelock have got a promotion on at the moment half price for your first months membership, quite a few of us go from Middlewich and often car share. Julie Ann Griffin owns the place I'm sure she can offer more information

I've just been told Sue doesn't do classes anymore but if you are after a good yoga class Lucy Sylvia Lusse Alves is a fantastic yoga teacher and does a class at Middlewich leisure centre:)
