I have Dr. Dear, she is a good doctor BUT patient service is awful. When you call in it takes days if not weeks to get back to you. I had an appointment Monday and had to wait almost an hour after my a appointed time to see her. This is an every appoint problem.

I would stick with Internal Medicine doc. More aggressive in treatment that family doc or general practitioner.

They're not all the same there. Some are great & some are not. Our family Dr. (Paul Berg) is amazing & he's there. But Donna is right, you need to stick to internal medicine for this kind of issue. Plus with Jordhal being gone & you not having a family doc who knows you well, you're going to want someone who "specializes" more like internal medicine does.

My bro-in-law, Matt, just recently went to Dr. Danita Peoples-Peterson, and Marla said they were pretty pleased with her. She is located at 5103 Eastman Ave. and phone is 832-7915. I can't vouch for her personally, but Marla's a nurse and thought that doctor was pretty good.
