I work in Midland. Here are a few different options. Partners in Change 832-2165 and family and children's services 631-5390.
Rebecca B. replied:
Hi Jenny Baranic Stephens. I work at partners in change currently and did in the past at family and children's. Both are very reputable agencies. Several of the therapists at pic are trained in DBT so I would feel confident in sending you there . My current case load is full but I could recommend any of my other colleagues there. The owners name is Ann Date and she would be someone who you or your referral could speak to to ensure ideal fit. Let me know if you need anything else.
Anyone know of a good massages therapist? For the back, neck, shoulders and upper arms.

The Greentree Spa on Big Spring street. It's actually an old house. I've used a fellow there by the name of Paul. My wife sees a lady there named Lucy. Both are very knowledgeable & good therapists.
