Steve and Melanie Lapkin. They're not only amazing Realtors, but they're also good people. They very much looking out for their clients' best interests, too. My **previous** realtor wouldn't call other Realtors out on their shenanigans (stuff like saying that someone else was interested in a property I liked, *right* when I was going to make an offer after the property being on the market for months--crap like that to create pressure and urgency). Steve and Melanie are SMART, and they will definitely advocate on their client's behalf.
